Tasked with creating a lifestyle program to ramp up sales at this master-planned community, our founder designed the plan, educated the sales team, and collaborated with the marketing team to tell the lifestyle story. Only 9 months after instituting the lifestyle program, sales jumped by 63%.
To create, implement, & promote a lifestyle program for all ages in this resort-style, gated village located in Lakewood Ranch — the #1 best-selling master planned community for all ages. Community amenities (clubhouse, three pools, and fitness center) were already open and in use. Home sales were stagnant and the community had no established lifestyle program, lifestyle director, or calendar of events. Our founder entered the project with the goal of increasing sales and sparking interest through marketing and storytelling for remaining lots owner, Starwood Land.
Our founder conducted various resident surveys and round table discussions to identify community sentiment and discover the needs. Following the research, a budget and calendar of events was created. Monaca appointed a lifestyle director and outsourced the events and logistics team.
